Responsibilities:

• Resource planning
• Inventory management
• Planning and execution of marketing activities
• Events Management (transport, build-up, sign-up, sales follow-up)
• Manage Customer bookings & Feedback
• Coordination of therapist training and certifications
• Informed about the latest SPA, Health and Wellness trends
• Carry sales quota
• Excellent Customer Service
• Be plugged in to latest SPA, Health and Wellness trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in daily operations of running a Massage and SPA business (or similar), with experience in managing customer appointments, staff planning, driving sales and promotions
• Strong sense of punctuality, accuracy and attention to details
• Excellence in customer service/experience for both internal and external communication
• Willingness to learn fast, learn new ways of working and improve
• Displays initiative and ability to work with little supervision
• Experience in creating/preparing content for social media activities would be of advantage
• Good technology skills: Microsoft Office, using Internet and social media such as Facebook and Instagram

Working Days: 5 1/2 Workdays (10/11am to 7/8pm) including Saturdays 9:30 to 2pm

• Provide nails consultation and services to customers
• Can provide professional manicure and pedicure
• Requirement: at least 1 year of Nail technician working experience
• Nail art skill is an added advantage
• Provide good customer service to build relationship with customers
• Basic hands and foot massage skills
• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays
• Attractive basic salary and commission
• Training will be provided
• S$12000 – S$2800

• Provide aesthetic treatments & spa services to the customers
• Provide advice on products, treatments and therapy for customers
• With experience in Facial treatment preferred
• Certified with recognised CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or other relevant certification a plus
• Customer Service oriented
• Regular training will be provided
• Salary commensurate with experience.
• $1,200 - $2,800 a month
• Location in CBD

• Excellent customer service, communication and integrity
