A wonderful combination of long sweeping strokes, muscle kneading and acupressure will be used to relax the body and loosen tight muscles from sitting for long periods on a flight and carrying heavy luggage. Sometimes the nature of travel puts additional stress on the body. Our jet lag technique pays special attention to legs targeting the lymphatic system to assist with drainage of any water retention, and to the lower back to reduce muscle tension and joint stiffness. The massage ends with an invigorating head and neck massage to promote overall relaxation to assist the body to regulate sleep cycle, adjusting to the local time zone.
